GIULIA AMATA
Giulia Amata is a skilled restorer specializing in cultural heritage preservation. She holds a Master’s degree in Restoration of Cultural Heritage (ongoing) from ICPAL, Rome, and a diploma from Liceo Artistico in Catania. Giulia has developed strong teamwork, organizational, and manual skills, complemented by a B2 certification in English.
Her professional experience includes manuscript restoration at the Archive of the Pontifical Gregorian University, Royal Palace of Caserta, and National Central Library of Rome. She has participated in significant research projects like conservation assessments, deacidification methods, and restoration of historical documents.
Giulia has also completed internships at the Bibliotheca Hertziana, State Archive of Rieti, and Rome’s Central Archive. Additionally, she has certifications in Heraldry, Sigillography, and participated in the "Omics & Heritage" workshop at La Sapienza University.
